I turn tech confusion into “ohhh, that makes sense.”
Ocdeed Tech Bites is a Tanzania‑focused tech blog where I write practical tips, explainers, and updates the kind you can use immediately, without a 47‑minute tutorial and a new hobby in frustration.

My favorite kind of tech content is the one that saves you time, money, or stress—preferably all three.
The short story (told properly)
This is the part where I pretend I planned everything. I didn’t. But it did turn into something genuinely useful.
Chapter 1: The “why is my phone slow?” era
I started as the unofficial family IT department. You know the role: fix a “broken” phone (it was on silent), recover a forgotten password (it was “1234” with confidence), and explain why a pop‑up promising free bundles is, in fact, a trap with good typography.
Chapter 2: The curiosity gets organized
At some point I realized the best fixes aren’t magic—they’re repeatable. So I began writing the kind of notes I wish came with every device: what to do, what to avoid, and why it matters. Those notes turned into Ocdeed.
Chapter 3: Practical tech, local context
Tech advice without context is like giving directions without landmarks. Ocdeed focuses on real-day decisions for Tanzanian readers: safer mobile money habits, smarter privacy choices, and clear updates that actually help you do something.
What you’ll find here

How I try to write
A small set of principles keeps the content honest, helpful, and easy to follow.
Clarity first
If it can’t be explained simply, it’s not finished yet.
Practical beats perfect
Useful today is better than theoretical someday.
Trust is the product
No panic, no hype—just what helps.
